Work With Me

Knowing the truth is one thing.
Living from it is another.

If you love Jesus but still find yourself living under shame, fear, anger, anxiety, striving, or the constant sense that you are somehow not enough, this is the work I care deeply about.

I help Christian women uncover the Disconnect between the truth they know and the beliefs they are actually living from.

Then we begin bringing those places back into agreement with what God says is true.

The Kind of Work We Do

We look underneath.

I'm not interested in giving you another list of things a good Christian should be doing better.

I want to help you understand what is actually happening inside when what you know and what you experience don't seem to match.

We look at what you really believe about God, not only what you know you're supposed to believe.
We pay attention to the beliefs underneath shame, anger, fear, striving, self-criticism, and the feeling that you're never quite enough.
We bring those beliefs into the light of Scripture instead of letting them quietly run your reactions.
And we practice living from truth in ordinary life, not only agreeing with it during Bible study or a coaching conversation.
Stay Connected

You don't have to start with coaching.

There are other ways to receive encouragement, grow in truth, and stay connected to this work.

Daily Encouragement

A Short Daily Devotional

Sometimes you don't need another hour-long teaching.

You need one truth to carry with you into an ordinary Tuesday.

Receive a short devotional centered on God's love, identity in Christ, grace, renewing your mind, and learning to live what you believe.

Community in Development

Saved and Satisfied

Transformation was never meant to happen in isolation.

Saved and Satisfied is a community in development for Christian women who know they are saved and want to grow together in actually experiencing the love, joy, peace, freedom, and abundant life Christ promised.

It grows from the same heart behind Fix the Disconnect, but gives women an ongoing place for teaching, encouragement, conversation, and community.

Not Sure Where to Begin?

Discover your Disconnect.

The Discover Your Disconnect assessment helps you identify the pattern that may be sitting underneath what you've been experiencing.

It's free and gives you somewhere concrete to begin.
