Learning to live from the love, truth, and peace of God in everyday life.
This is where I write about identity, grace, renewing the mind, relationships, emotional health, and the places where faith meets actual life.
Not another list of things a good Christian should be doing.
A place to keep asking: What's happening underneath, and where's the Disconnect?
For years, I assumed that because I knew biblical truth, I believed it.
But our deepest beliefs show up in how we respond when we fail, what we tell ourselves in the mirror, how we interpret rejection, and whether we actually believe God's love includes us personally.
Much of my work comes back to three questions:
Who is God?
Who does He say I am?
Who do I say I am?
The free Disconnect assessment can help you identify where known truth may not yet have become lived belief.

Christian women are surrounded by truth.
We have sermons, podcasts, Bible studies, devotionals, books, and Scripture everywhere.
And still, a woman can know she is loved by God and privately believe she is fundamentally not enough.
Shame, worth, belonging, forgiveness, and learning to agree personally with who God says you are.
Intimacy, grace, hiding, spiritual performance, and learning to approach Him as His child.
Thoughts, beliefs, habits, Scripture, neuroscience, and taking thoughts captive.
Anger, shame, rejection, triggers, attachment, boundaries, forgiveness, and connection.
Moving from spiritual scorecards and striving toward serving and obeying from secure love.
Motherhood, disappointment, calling, relationships, failure, rebuilding, and courage.
Maybe you already know what God says. The question is whether those truths have become personally believable enough to shape the way you live.
